The Ticket system of the MPI/CBS can only be accessed from the internal network - either physically inside the institute or using remote access.
Remote access requires additional credentials which have to be picked up in IT in person. If you already went to IT and put a QR code into the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone, you're good to go.
